well...
after punching up the tropical storm,
went to bowled for another 2 games still a 160 average,this time round its my fingers which gave me the probs.
well,fingers also swell and shrink so...went back to change one pair of inserts while i told the pro shop guy to hold on for me a piece of the

and i thought i was gonna be able to have a luxury of another two more weeks of toning up when i got a call from my friend
"can you bowl?its my mum's birthday"
"but i am afraid my arm cant take it yet"
